To solution
Through stakeholder interviews and user workshops, I defined clear system constraints and uncovered two distinct needs: quick exports and progressive customisation. I designed a flow that separates the two, allowing bankers to generate reports with minimal input, refine details only when necessary, and clearly track reports shared with clients.
